Truett Langdon, Vice President

Truett brings a strong technical business background in automotive quality operations, professional recruitment and effective labor management to his duties as vice president and business manager.

With a proven record of quantifiable success in OEM and major tier one onsite service support programs, he is also actively involved in the organization’s Quality Management Systems development, implementation and continual improvement. Truett is committed to associate development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, customer retention and company growth.

Truett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Clemson University and has over four years of expertise in the automotive associate contract and third party management industries.

 

Teresa Dupuis, Director of Quality and Business Development

Teresa believes that quality methodology is the common theme for every success.  This has been proven through her education at Winthrop (Business) and Southern Wesleyan (Human Resources) coupled with her work experience in automotive, recruiting/staffing, medical devices, and defense.

Armed with skills to interpret Customer requirements and then align with Company strategy, she is able to lead the team through a risk-based gap analysis in order to align for future success for all involved.  Teresa leads through recognizing, appreciating and utilizing strengths available within each program team – synergy is key.

Teresa is a senior ASQ board member and past chair for two years.  She is currently a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and maintains a certificate for VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.  She has a certificate for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is trained, with proven ability, to implement and maintain quality / business management systems based on ISO 9001:2008 / ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Larry Melton, Onsite Manager

Larry has over 24 years of quality audit and quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and management experience.

As an onsite manager, he brings a broad knowledge of quality and ISO standards, manufacturing processes and technical specifications, and strives to ensure all internal and external customer expectations are exceeded.

Larry’s experience is mainly in the communications industry, but in the past year, his role has been supervision and management for a ForceOne automotive transmission manufacturing client.

His training/certifications include project management, problem solving/decision making, managing customer relations and several lean manufacturing classes. Larry is committed to being part of a professional, efficient, knowledgeable and value-added team.
